<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />HENRY L.BLUME, deceased. )
<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard from the final zreport of John Blume, the executor
<br />in the estate of Henry L.Blume, deceased, there being present in Court the executor by Mayer &
<br />Mayer, Attorneys for said estate, and after argument of counsel and no objections having been
<br />filed nor has anyone appeared in opposition to said report, the Court finds that said report is
<br />a true and correct statement of the actions of said executor from the 16th day of June, 1932, t
<br />the 15th day of October, 1936, and should be received.
<br />The Court further finds that Henry L.Blume departed this life in and a resident of said Hall
<br />County, on the 10th day of May, 1932, testate, and upon petition of John Blume for letters test
<br />mentry thereon and after due notice given, the last will of the deceased was admitted to probat
<br />which will is in words and figures as follows, to -wit:

<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:
<br />I, Henry L.Blume of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the
<br />uncertainties of this mortal life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and
<br />testament in words and figures following to -wit:
<br />1. Unto my beloved wife, Maria Blume, I give, devise and bequeath the use and income of all of
<br />property, both real and personal for and during her natural life with the provision that should
<br />my said wife find it necessary to dispose of a part of my real estate in order to support herself`-,
<br />in the manner that she is accustomed to, then I authorize her to sell on such terms and conditions
<br />and for such sum as she may deem just and proper, the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W *NEI)
<br />of Section One (1) Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th F.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and to use the proceeds derived from such sale for the support of herself during the
<br />remainder of her lifetime. j
<br />2. To my beloved son, John Blume, I give and devise the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W' )
<br />of Section One (1), Township Twelve (12), North, Range Nine (9), and the East Half of the South
<br />
