<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account and all of the acts
<br />and doings of the said Executrix as reported herein be, and the same are hereby, approved and con-
<br />firmed. That upon payment of the amount in her hands for distribution to the persons entitled
<br />thereto as aforesaid said Executrix be discharged from her trust. That the real estate herein -
<br />before described be, and the same is hereby, assigned and distributed to the said devisee and
<br />heirs at law in the proportions hereinbefore stated.

<br />I,Elizabeth Opp,surviving widow of Christian Opp,deceased,of Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound
<br />mind and disposing memory,do make and publish this,my last will and testament,in the manner and
<br />form following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid out of my
<br />personal estate.
<br />SECOND,
<br />I give and devise to my beloved son,Erhaard M.Opp,all of the real estate owned by me at the time
