<br />____ , (The court further finds that the said Caroline Wache departed this life, leaving surviving her
<br />as her heirs and only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit:
<br />Oscar Wache, a son, residing in Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Katharina Halm, a daughter, residing at Cotesfield.Ngbraska,
<br />Henry Wache, a son, residing at 410 Bartlett, San Francisco, California.
<br />Pauline Miller, a daughter, residing at Verndale, Minnesota.
<br />William Wache, a son, residing at Grand Islanct,Nebraska.
<br />Elberta Cox,`a daughter residing at 1212 Lida Street, Pasadena Calif.
<br />Charles Wache, a son, residing at Grand Island,Nebraska:
<br />Frank Wache, a son, residing

<br />at Fruit Dale, South Dakota;
<br />that Joseph Wache, husband of the said Caroline Wache, preceeded her in death, and that she did
<br />not remarry after the death of the said Joseph Wache.
<br />The court further finds that said deceased died the owner of personal property and real estate,
<br />that said real estate consisted of the following, to -wit:
<br />The East half of the Southwest Quarter (Ei SW4) of Section Thirty -five (35) Township Eleven (11),
<br />North, of Range Nine;(9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and the following described property located in Kiowa County, Colorado, to -wit:
<br />The North half of Section Twenty -five (25) Township Nineteen (19) North, of Range Forty -five (45);
<br />and that said real estate did pass and descend by reason of the statutes of descent of the State
<br />of Nebraska, pertaining to the descent of real estate, at the death of the said deceased, to Osea
<br />Wache, Katharina Halm, Henry Wache, Pauline Miller, William Wache, Frank Wache, Elberta Cox and
<br />Charles Wache, in absolute fee simple,title, share and share alike.
<br />The court further finds that said administrator has sold the personal property belonging to said
<br />estate and has collected all of the assets of said estate with the exception of the mortgage and
<br />note of Fred Halm and Katharina Halm in the sum of Seven Thousand dollars ($7,000); that said note
<br />and mortgage are uncollectible at the present time, but that the share of the estate which the sail
<br />Katharina Halm would inherit from the estate of Caroline Wache, deceased, should be applied as a
<br />payment on the above described note, and the administrator has receiued in cash the sum of $2586.7
<br />that after the payment of the funeral expenses of said deceased, the costs of this proceeding and
<br />other debts allowed against said estate and remains in his possession the sum of $726.53, which
<br />sum is to be equally divided between the said Oscar Wache, Henry Wache, Pauline Miller, William
<br />Wache, Elberta Cox and Charles Wache and Frank Wache, and that there are no other assets belonging
<br />to said estate to be distributed,; that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the court.for a hearing upon said administrator's final report, and n6 one
<br />appearing to object to same, and the court having examined said report finds that said report is
<br />true and correct in all respects and should be approved and allowed as and for the final report
<br />of said administrator and that said estate should be closed and accepted and said administrator
<br />discharged.
<br />The court finds that there is no inheritance tax due from the said estate by virtue of the laws
<br />of the state of Nebraska, nor any federal estate tax due by virtue of the laws of'the United State
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that.the real estate heretofore described
<br />to -wit:
