<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said Estate not filed

<br />!approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein,

<br />finds that on the 25th day of February, 1935, a petition was filed in this court, alleging that

<br />Caroline Wache departed this life intestate on the 15th day of February, 1935, being at the time or
<br />'her death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and the owner of real estate situat d
<br />lin Hall County, Nebraska, and praying that B.J.Cunningham, or someother suitable person be appoint d
<br />!to administer said estate; that upon the filing of said petition, an order was entered herein fixi o
<br />the time and place for hearing the evidence supporting the allegations set forth in said petition
<br />and giving notice thereof as provided by law; that said hearing was held on the 20th day of March !
