<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and p
<br />:testament of the real personal estate of said Frank E.Howe, deceased, and the same was ordered to
<br />be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 28th day of March, 1924, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Lloyd
<br />M.Howe, Executor of the last will and testament of Frank E.Howe, deceased, and upon his petition
<br />`for the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court, having examined the
<br />'records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has be
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said
<br />report, as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />"s.And the Court, having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, and no one appeari
<br />!'CO object to the same and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds that said report is
<br />true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be allowed and approved as and for the
<br />final report of said Executor.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against the estate of the said Frank E.Howe, deceased, and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any sue;
<br />there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against sai
<br />estate.
<br />The court further finds that the said Frank E.Howe, departed this life on the 22nd day of January,
<br />1923, and at the time of his death the said Frank E.Howe was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and left an estate therein to be administered upon; that the last will and testa.
<br />ment of said Frank E.Howe has heretofore been duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in thi
<br />Court and letters testamentary thereon duly issued to the said Lloyd M.Howe that said Lloyd M.How,
