<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of James Harder, deceased. )
<br />Now on this 9th day of April, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Ernest
<br />J.Harder, administrator of the estate of James Harder, deceased.
<br />And it appearing to the court from the proof on file that notice was given to all persons interesl.ed
<br />in said estate of the filing of said report, and of the time fixed for final settlement of said
<br />estate by publication, and no -one having appeared to object to the allowance of said report,
<br />!After a full examination thereof, the court finds that the said report is correct in all respects,
<br />and ought to be allowed and approved, said administrator has paid all of the debts of said deceased,
<br />;the funeral expense and all other claims filed against said estate, that said administrator has
<br />accounted for all of the estate which has come into his possession; that there remained in the ha ds

<br />=of the administrator, the sum of $£73.71, for distribution; that said sum has been distributed by,
<br />said administrator, and receipts have been filed by the heirs for their respective shares therein,
<br />!
<br />`and that there remains no other property in the hands of the administrator for distribution.
<br />'The court finds that creditors of the said James Harder, deceased, were fully notified by publication
<br />!for four consecutive weeks as required by law as to the time limited and place appointed for filing
<br />!claims against said estate, and that the time allowed for filing claims against said estate has f4-
<br />!ly expired, that all claims outstanding against said deceased, if any such there be, are forever
<br />I
<br />barred.
<br />The court finds that the said James Harder departed this life on the 5th day of December, 1935, t at
<br />she was at the time of his death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate,!
<br />leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, the following named persons;
<br />John Harder, a son, residing at Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Ernest J.Harder, a son, residing at Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Frances Jensen, a daughter, residing at Grand Island,Nebraska
<br />Rudolph H.Harder, a son residing at Grand Island,Nebraska.
