<br />The Court further finds that-the said Mary E.Shipton died seized as the owner in fee simple of th�
<br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one - fourth interest in and to the following described real estate:
<br />The Northeast Quarter and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter, and the East Half of the South-
<br />east Quarter of Section 7, Township 10, North of Range 10, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots S, 9, 10, 111and 12 in Block 13, Clarkson's Addition to the Village of Alda in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />Lots 4,5,6 and Fractional Lot 7 in Block 33 in Morrill's Addition to Grand Island, Hail County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that on the death of the said Mary E.Shipton,
<br />deceased, and the admission of her will to probate, the said real estate did pass and .:descend in
<br />manner and form as in said will provided.

<br />Lawrence W.Hayden, deceased.
<br />September 23, 1936. Filed duly verified petition of KatherineHayden, which shows that Lawrence W
<br />t Hayden, late of Douglas County, Nebraska, departed this life on September 6, 1914, that he died
<br />intestate, and at the time of his death, was a resident and inhabitant of Douglas County, NebraskZL.
<br />Further shows to the Court that said Lawrence W.Hayden was, at the time of his death, a married
<br />man; that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, the following named
<br />persons, to -wit: Katherine Hayden, widow, residing in Omaha, Nebraska, and Louise Hayden, a
<br />daughter, residing in Omaha, Nebraska; that the above heirs are of legal age.
<br />Further states that the said Lawrence W.Hayden died seized in fee simple title of the Northerly
<br />one -half of Lot 8, Block 66, in Original Town, now City of Grand Island, s,nd other property in
<br />Omaha, Nebraska.
<br />Further alleges that upon the death of the said Lawrence W.Hayden, the real estate hereinbefore i
<br />described, did pass and descend by operation of law, as follows: One -half thereof to Katherine
<br />Hayden and one -half thereof to Louise Hayden.

<br />Further states that said real estate at the time of the death of the said Lawrence W.Hayden was
<br />of the value of approximately $16,000 and that the same was not subject to inheritance tax either!
