<br />weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said county according to the
<br />proof on file; that no objections have been filed to said report or petition nor has anyone appea�ed
<br />in opposition to the approval of said report and the above named hefts and their attorney stated
<br />in Court that they had no objection thereto;
<br />The Court further finds that said report is true and correct in all things, that the expenditures;
<br />shown therein are proper charges against said estate, and that the acts done by said administrator

<br />as set forth in said report and petition, are proper and should be approved;
<br />The Court further finds that said administrator has executed an assignment of all of the notes, h
<br />accounts, chosen in action and other written instruments, including mortgages, held by him in thin
<br />estate to the heirs at law of said Daniel G.Ott, deceased, as hereinafter found.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said report be and it is hereby approved as
<br />the final report of said administrator and that he be discharged from further acting and his bond!

<br />This cause coming on further to be heard, the Court finds that Daniel G.Ott departed this life
<br />intestate on the 21st day of January, 1936, a resident--of Hall County, Nebraska, and that Martin
<br />Ott, a brother of said Daniel G.Ott, deceased, filed his petition for administration of this estate
<br />herein on January 28, 1936; that on said January 28, 1936, the Court entered an order herein givi�g

<br />notice of a hearing on said petition to be held on February 18, 1936, at 10 o'clock A.B., which
<br />notice was published once a week for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing in the
<br />j Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said county, according to the proof on file;

<br />that on said 18th day of February, 1936, g j etions to said petition, the Court
<br />appointed Herbert F.Mayer, administrator of this estate and thereupon said Herbert F.Mayer filed'

<br />his bond and oath as by law required and entered upon the duties as such administrator; that on t e
<br />E 21st day of February, 1936, an order was made herein giving notice to creditors, providing that
<br />all creditors of the deceased be allowed three months from and after the 17th day of March, 1936,
<br />in which to file their cl &ims, if any, with proof thereof for examination and allowance, and that
<br />all claims against said estate not so filed within said time limit, shall be forever barred and
<br />that publication of such notice be made for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent,
<br />t a legal newspaper published and circulated in said Hall County, Nebraska; that said notice was so�

<br />published, according to the proofs on file, and that all claims against the deceased and said es ate
<br />have been fully paid and satisfied and any claims not so paid and satisfied are forever barred and
<br />enjoined from being made against this estate or any of the assets thereof. c
<br />The Court further finds that said Daniel G.Ott died siezed of the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (S) in Block Eight (8) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Forty -six (46) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Westerly one -third (W1 /3) of Lot One,(1) in Block Fifty -four (54) of the Original Town now City
<br />of Grand Island,Nebraska.

<br />Easterly one -third (E 1/3) of Lot Five (5) and the Westerly one -third (W 1 /3) of Lot Six (6) in

<br />Block Twenty -eight (28) of the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska.

<br />now City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Thirty -six (36) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,

<br />The Court further finds that said Daniel G.Ott departed this life intestate, leaving no last wi
<br />and testament, and leaving him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, Christian M.Ott, a
<br />brother, Mary Ott, a sister, and Martin Ott, a brother, all being over the age of twenty -one yeas,
<br />the parents of said Daniel G.Ott having preceeded him in death and he having died an unmarried
