<br />That after the payment of the costs of administration in the sum of $34.75, the administrator
<br />will have in his hands the sum of $809100.96, for distribution among the heirs as aforesaid, whic
<br />sum according to the terms of said will should be paid to the following legal heirs and legatees,
<br />the amounts set opposite their names as follows: Mary L.Henry(4 /40), portion of said sum $9010.10
<br />Walter A.B.Henry Nine Fortieth (9/40) portion of said sum $18022.71. John Rex Henry Nine Fortieth
<br />(9/40) portion of said sum $19,022.71. Robert H.Henry Nine Fortieth (9/40) portion of said sum
<br />$18,022.72. Mary Martyn nee Mary Henry Nine Fortieth (9/40) portion of said -sum $18022.72.
<br />WHEREFORE IT IS ORDERED AND CONSIDERED BY THE COURT, that the said final administrators with will
<br />annexed account, is settled, allowed and approved as filed; that after the payment of the costs
<br />of administration and the payment of the money, and delivery of the personal property as aforesai
<br />and upon the return of the proper vouchers and report of his doings under this decree, and upon
<br />the approval of same by this Court, the administrator with Will annexed be discharged.

<br />uncertainties of this mortal life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and
<br />testament in words and figures following, to -wit:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness, death and
<br />burial be paid out of my personal estate as soon as can conveniently be done after my death.
<br />SECOND: Unto my beloved wife, Lettie Bell Lauritsen, I give and bequeath all of my personal
<br />property, the same to be hers absolute.
