520 _.._ TNEAUGUSTINE CO. I Andrew Henry of this City of Columbus County of Platte and State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. Item 1. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Elida Ann Henry Lots No. one and two in Block No. fifty one in the City of Columbus, Platte County, Nebraska, and all my house hold goods and furniture and Five thousand dollars ($5000) in money and also three fourths of the income of all my property during her natural life. i Item 2. I give devise and bequeath to my grand -son Herbert L.Henry my watch and chain, carriage horses, carriages sleighs, harness and robes and seven tenths of the remainder of my property, real and personal not devised and bequeathed to my wife and also the one fourth of the income from the balance of my property not bequeathed to my wife which property and income shall be held in trust for him by my executors hereinafter named till after the death of my wife and till after said Herbert arrives at twenty five years of age said property and-income to be managed by my said executors in a manner that may be for the best interest to said Herbert and the income thereof to be invested annually till he arrives at twenty one years of age after which time he i shall be entitled to said income. Spuld my said executors deem it best they are authorized to use a reasonable amount of said income for the benefit or education of said Herbert prior to his arrival at twenty one years of age. Item 3. I give devise and bequeath to my son Robert H.Henry one tenth of my property real and personal not devised and bequeathed to my wife to be paid to him after the death of my wife. Item 4. I give devise and bequeath the residue of my property real and personal to my grand- children ►alter A.B.Henry, John Rex Henry, Robert H.Henry dr., and Mary Henry share and share alike to be held in trust by my said executors and managed for them till after the death of my wife and till they respectively arrive at twenty one years of age. Item 5. In the event of the death of my wife before my said grand - children shall arrive at the age of twenty -one years I direct that the income provided for my wife which may accrue after i death shall go to my said grand- children in proportion to them respective shares. t Item 6. In the event of the death of either or any of my said grand - children without issue bef attaining the age at which such grand -child shall be entitled to his or her share, I direct that the share of such grand -child shall go to the survivors of my said grandchildren equally. Item 7. In the event that I survive my wife I direct that the property which I have devised and i bequeathed to her shall go to my son Robert and my said grand - children in proportion to their respective shares. Item 8. I further direct that if at anytime it shall be made to appear to the County Court in which this Will maybe probated that my said wife should require any further sum or sums of money for her comfort and full enjoyment of life than I have hereinbefore bequeathed to her the said Court shall order my said executors to pay such sums or sums as may to said court deem proper. Item 9. I appoint my son Robert H.Henry and John J.Sullivan executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
