That notice of said hearing has been duly given as required by law and the order of the said County Court, as shown by the affidavit of Lloyd Swain, business manager of the Columbus Telegram. That the said final administration report is in all respects true and correct that due notice to creditors has been given, that all claims allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied, and that said estate is fully solvent. That by the terms of the said last Will and Testament of said Robert H.Henry, deceased, Mary L. Henry, widow of the said deceased, receives all property, both real and personal of which the said deceased died seized and possessed.
