<br />absolutely and in fee simple to my beloved wife, Mary L.Henry, her heirs and assigns, forever.
<br />(THIRD. I request my said wife during her lifetime, and at such time as she may deem best, to divide
<br />my army and Masonic Keepsakes among my three children in such manner as may to her seem proper;

<br />'FOURTH. Inthe event that I survive my wife, then and in that event, it is my will and I so direct,'
<br />(that the estate devised and bequeathed to her shall go to and be devised equally between my childr�n,

<br />share and share alike; provided, if any of my said children shall die leaving issue, such issue
<br />;shall be entitled to the share to which said child if living would be entitled to.
<br />FIFTH. I hereby name, constitute and appoint my said wife, Mary L.Henry, Executrix of this my last
<br />still and Testament, and I request that my said Executrix be not required to give bond for the per-
<br />formance of her duty as such Executrix, except in a nominal sum, for the purpose of carrying out
<br />;the provisions of this Sill.
