<br />(left no father, mother, nor children surviving him; that his heirs at law were as follows:
<br />William Rettenmayer, a brother,
<br />Charles Rettenmayer, a brother,
<br />Emma Conhiser, a sister, and
<br />Bertha Rettenmayer, a sister;
<br />that the above named heirs at law were named as legatees under the will of Frederick Rettenmayer,
<br />deceased, and that Cora Shollenberger, a step - daughter, was also named as one of the legatees and
<br />that the property above described, passed and descended to the above named brothers and sisters an
<br />step daughter in equal shares to each.
<br />The court further finds that the estate has a claim against the Union Pacific Railroad Company in
<br />the sum of Seventeen and 64 /100 ($17.64) dollars, for damages alleged to have been caused by.said
<br />company to the sewer pipe adjointftg said property; that said claim has not been settled. The cou
<br />further finds that there is a deferred certificate of deposit with the Nebraska National Bank of
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska, in the sum of $119.75; that the above claims are hereby assigned to the
<br />heirs and legatees under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of Frederick
<br />Rettenmayer, deceased.
<br />It is therefore ordered, considered and adjudged by the court that all of the real estate above
<br />described and the personal property consisting of the claim for damages and deferred certificate
<br />of dep6sit, did pass and descend under the provisions of the last will and testament of Frederick
<br />Rettenmayer, deceased to William Rettenmayer, Charles Rettenmayer, Emma Conhiser, Bertha Retten-
<br />mayer and Cora Shollenberger, in equal shares to each, in absolute title, and it is accordingly
<br />awarded to them.
<br />It is further ordered by the court that said estate is closed and settled and the executor is_
<br />discharged and his bond as such is released.

<br />correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court
<br />of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized
<br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the
<br />Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
