<br />I. Pagl N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />1st day of December, 1931, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Frederic
<br />Rettenmayer, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of December,19311,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Frederick Rettenmayer, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />;Now on this 15th day of September, 1936, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />`B.J.Cunningham, executor of the last will and testament of Frederick Rettenmayer, deceased, and
<br />it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that due notice as
<br />,required by law has been
<br />,time fixed for final set
<br />After a full examination
<br />that the same is correct
<br />for all of the estate of
<br />given to all persons
<br />Clement of the estate
<br />of said report, the
<br />in all respects, and
<br />said deceased coming
<br />interested of the filing of said report, and of the
<br />of said deceased.
<br />-lourt, being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />ought to be allowed; that said executor has accounted
<br />into his hands or under his control, has paid the
<br />costs of administration and all claims filed and allowed against said estate, and has paid the
<br />funeral expenses, the expense of the last illness, and has distributed the balance of the personal[
<br />I
<br />;property among those entitled to share in the distribution under the provisions of the last will E
<br />'arid testament of said deceased, and that there remains no money or other personal property in his
<br />$hands for distribution.

<br />The court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the said Frederick Retten-
<br />r
<br />Imayer, deceased, of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of
<br />psaid deceased, and that the time allowed creditors for filing claims has fully expired; that all
<br />i
<br />!claims outstanding against said deceased, not so filed, if any such exist, are therefore, for
<br />!barred and excluded.
<br />�It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of said executor be, and the
<br />1same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account, and he is discharged of his trust.
<br />'It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />i
<br />Jup any claims or demands of whatsoever nature, against the estate of Frederick Rettenmayer, deceased
<br />i
<br />IThe court further finds that the said Frederick Rettenmayer died on the 21st day of November, 1931,
<br />that he was at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br />Jhe left a last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to pro -'
<br />bate in this court on the 23rd day of December, 1931, and recorded in this office.

<br />The court finds that the said Frederick Rettenmayer died seized in fee of the following described
<br />((real estate, situate in the county of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit;
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Forty -one (41) in the Original Town, now City of wand Island,
<br />The Easterly one -half (E *) of Lot Seven (7) and all of Lot Eight (8) in Block Ten (10) Evans Addi-
<br />tion to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that the said Frederick Rettenmayer left'no widow surviving him, that he
