<br />Is Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared the
<br />foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE
<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JUST E.BENNETSEN, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaini
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.

<br />SHORT WILL
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Frederick Rettenmayer of Grand Island in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to Karl
<br />Retloff the sum of One Hundred Dollars and he shall not be required to pay any rent to my estate
<br />for a period of six months.
<br />All of the rest of my property I give devise and bequeath to my sisters Emma and Bertha, to my.
<br />brothers William and Charles and my step daughter Cora, share and share alike, each of them to
<br />have one -fifth of my property.
<br />I have other relatives and heirs, but do not desire to leave them any of my property.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint B.J.Cunningham to be Executor of this my last Will and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 21st day of
<br />November, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred thirty one

<br />testator Frederick Rettenmayer to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at
<br />his request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of
