<br />The provisions made for my wife shall be taken in lieu of her statutory rights in my estate.
<br />I have arranged for the probate of this will and the administration of my estate through the law
<br />firm of Mayer Kroger and Mayer and it is my will that they be retained for that work.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />29th day of November, 19359 the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Just E.
<br />Bennetsen, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of December, 1935
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Just E.Bennetsen deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of Eddie Bennetsen and Harry
<br />Bennetsen, executors of the estate of Just E.Bennetsen, deceased, the Court finds that said final
<br />report was filed in this court on the 19th day of August, 1936, and that said report was accepted
<br />and approved as correct and a true final report of said executors by Christine Bennetsen, widow,
<br />of said Just E.Bennetsen, and Hazel Runge, Myrtle Fowler, Frieda Linderkamp, Eddie Bennetsen and
<br />Harry Bennetsen, being all the heirs at law, devisees and legatees named in the will, of said
<br />deceased, and said report having been set down for hearing on the 15th day of September, 1936, a
<br />notice of which was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three weeks prior to this
<br />hearing, that being a legal newspaper printed in said county, and said report having been care-
<br />fully examined by me and having been found to be true and should be accepted.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said report be accepted as the true and final
<br />report of said executors and that they be discharged from further acting as such officers.
<br />The Court further finds that Just E.Bennetsen, late of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, departo
<br />this life therein on the 22nd day of November, 1935, testate, and that petition was made in this
<br />Court for the-admission to probate of the will of said deceased, on the 29th day of November, 1935;
<br />whereupon an order was made for a hearing upon said petition to take place on the 24th day of
