<br />The court further finds that said estate is not subject to Federal Estate, State Estate or State

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the above described personal

<br />Is J.E.Bennetsen, also. known as Gust Bennetsen, of Grand Island Nebraska, make this my last will

<br />hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

<br />I appoint my sons Eddie Bennetsen and Harry Bennetsen joint executors of this will and provide that

<br />they need give no surety on their bonds.
<br />To my dearly beloved wife Kyerstine I give all my furniture, household goods and personal effects

<br />r In addition thereto I give her the use of all my real estate for and during the-term of her natur 1

<br />` life with remainder over to my daughter Hazel Runge and to her heirs forever.
<br />To my said sons Eddie and Harry I give all my investments, such as money, mortgages, stocks, bond

<br />and other chores in action to be held by them as trustees with right of substitution and right tol
<br />reinvest as they may see fit. The income from such trust shall be paid to my wife from time to
<br />time. In the event my wife should need more than such income, the trustees shall pay her out of
<br />Isuch trust as much as shall be necessary to comfortably keep her. At her death said trust shall
<br />be wound up as soon as that can be conveniently done and shall go to my children in like parts,
