<br />COUNTY OF DODGE I Telva Matley was duly proved before me Fred C.Laird, County Judge of sa
<br />County, according to law, as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />deceased, and the same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and official seal the day and year above written.

<br />I, Telva Matley, mother of William E.Denning, deceased, temporarily located at Burkett, Nebraska,
<br />but a resident of Fremont, Nebraska, being ever mindful of the uncertainties of this life, hereby
<br />make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills
<br />by me made.
<br />1. I hereby direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid.
<br />2. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real, personal and mixed, I hereby
<br />give, devise and bequeath to The Masonic - Eastern Star Home for Children located at Fremont, Nebra�
<br />3. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint James A.Donahue of Fremont, Nebraska, executor of
<br />this my last will and testament, giving him full power and authority to sell and convey any real
<br />estate of which I may die seized.

<br />We, the undersigned, of Fremont, Nebraska, do hereby certify that the foregoing will was signed
<br />in our presence and in the presence of each of us by the above Telva Matley; that said Telva
<br />Matley is well known to us and that we know ° - her to be of sound and disposing mind and memory
<br />and not under restraint; and that we each sign the same in her presence and in the presence of
<br />each other, and at the request of said Telva Matley as witnesses to said will.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF DODGE COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />OF TELVA MATLEY, DECEASED.
<br />On this 21st day of September, 1936, this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report and
<br />Petition for Discharge of James A.Donahue, executor herein, said executor appearing in person and
<br />by Courtright, Sidner,Lee & Gunderson, his attorneys.
<br />The court being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice of this hearing has
<br />been given as required by law and the order of this court.
<br />The court further finds that the executor has fully administered said estate; paid all court cosh
<br />attorney's fees, filed claims and expenses of administration; that notice to creditors has been
<br />given; that time for filing claims has expiieed and that a decree has been entered barring all
<br />claims not filed.
<br />The court further finds that Telva Matley, a resident of Fremont, Nebraska, died on February 13th
<br />1936, while temporarily located at Burkett, Nebraska, leaving a last will and testament, which
<br />has been admitted to probate in this court and probate had thereon; that said deceased left sur-
<br />viving her no husband, nor father, nor mother, nor child, nor children and that The Masonic -
<br />Eastern Star Home for Children, located at Fremont, Nebraska, is the sole and only legatee under
<br />said will.
<br />The court further finds that the residue of said estate consists of $326.63 in cash, a full -paid
<br />
