<br />Allen D.Wickham,a son,
<br />Francis Eugene Wickham,a son,and
<br />Charles A.Wickham,a son.
<br />The court further finds that under the laws of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the
<br />death of the said Philander B.Wickham,the real estate hereinbefore described,passed and descended
<br />by absolute title to Henry S.Wiekham,one- fourth thereof,Allen D.Wickham,one- fourth thereof,to
<br />Francis Eugene Wickham,one- fourth thereof and to Charles A.Wickham,a son,one- fourth thereof.
<br />The court further finds that the funeral expenses of said deceased have been fully paid,and that
<br />all debts of the deceased and of his estate,if any such existed,are forever barred and precluded,
<br />and that the costs of these proceedings have been paid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the said Philander B.Wickham died
<br />intestate in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 29th day of Apri1,1897;tha,t more than 35 years have
<br />elapsed between the death of the said Philander B.Wickham and of the f iling of this petition here
<br />in;that iio application for the appointment of an administrator of his estate has ever been made,
<br />nor has there ever, been any administration upon the estate of said deceased in the state of Neb-
<br />raska;that said deceased died seized as the owner in fee simple title of all of the real estate
<br />hereinbefore describ ed,situated in Hall County,Nebraska;that the petitioner is a competent and
<br />qualified person to prosecute this proceeding,that said deceased left surviving him as his heirs
<br />at law and only heirs at law,the following named persons;
<br />Henry S.Wickham,a son,
<br />Allen D.Wickham,a son,
<br />Francis Eugene Wickham,a son,and
<br />Charles A.Wickham,a son;
<br />that upon the death of the said Philander B.Wickham,the real estate hereinbefore described descer,
<br />ed to the above named persons,in equal shares to each.
<br />It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed by the court that all debts of said deceased,and of hi
<br />estate,if any such there b e,are forever barred and precluded and further administration of said
<br />estate is hereby dispensed with,and said estate is finally settled and forever closed.
