That by order of this Court of date of the 7th day of December,1933,other stocks belonging to said estate were,on application of the executors,ordered transferred to Simeon B.Wolbach in settlement of a bequest to the said Simeon B.Wolbach.That by order of this Court dated the 27th day of June,1933,the stock of m book accounts,fixtures and good -will and all of the assets connected with the mercantile business I prior thereto conducted under the hame of S.N.Wolbach Sons,and belonging to said Emil Wolbach, deceased,were transferred to S.N.Wolbach Sons,Incorporated. The Court further finds that all other personal assets not heretofore transferred by order of this Court have been,by said executors,transferred to Murray Wolbach and Edwin J.Wolbach,residuary leg - r i atees under the last will and testament of said deceased,and said transfers are hereby approved. IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all transfers of personal assets to Murray Wol- bach and Edwin J.Wolbach,residuary legatees under the last will and testament of said deceased, s i in addition to those heretofore ordered by this Court as transferred,are hereby approved. The Court finds that the said executors have accounted for all of the assets:of said estate comin4 i into their hands or to their knowledge or possession,and that there is nothing left for further distribution. The Court finds that all of the disbursements set forth in the Final Report of said executors were proper expenditures and the same are hereby approved and allowed. The Court finds that the said Emil Wolbach,deceased,departed this life in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 14th day of March,1933,leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to- probate on the 15th day of Apri1,1933.The Court finds that the said Emil Wolbach died stezed as the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate,to -wit: Lots l and 2,in Block 66,in the Original Town,now City of GrandIsland,Hall County,Nebraska; An undivided one - fourth interest in Lots,2,3 & 4,in Block 77,of the Original Town,now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska; An undivided one - fourth interest in Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,9,10211 and 12 as shown on the sub - division of Lot 10132known as College Place in the Original place of Kearney Junotion,now City of Kearney, Buffalo County,Nebraska; An undivided one - fourth interest in the Southeast Quarter of Section 15,Township 19,North,Range 562West of the 6th P.M.in Banner County,Nebraska; The East 52 feet of Lots 1,2 and 3,and all of Lots 4,5,6,7,5,10,11,12 and 13 in Campbell's Sub- division to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska; The Northwest Quarter of Section 13,in Township ll,North of Range 11,West of the 6th P.M. ,160 Acre in Hall County, Nebraska.
