<br />on the 23rd day of March21933 a petition praying for the probate of an instrument purporting to be
<br />the last will and testament of Emil Wolbach,deceased,was filed in this Court.That on the 19th day
<br />Of April 1933,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Emil Wolbach,deceas-
<br />ed,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />w on this 11th day of December,19341this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report of Murray
<br />lbach,Edwin J.Wolbach and Simeon B.Wolbach,Executors under the last will and testament of Emil
<br />lbach,deceased,and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given
<br />all interested parties in said estate of the filing of said report,as required by law and by
<br />e order of this Court,and it further appearing to the Court,af ter a full examination,that the
<br />count exhibited by the said Executors is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allow
<br />,and it further appearing that said executors have accounted for all of the estate which has come
<br />nto their hands,it is, THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Murray
<br />olbach,Edwin J.Wolbach and Simeon B.Wolbach,executors of the last will and testament of the said I
<br />1 Wolbach,deceased,be,and the same is hereby approved as and for their Final Report.
<br />Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner provid -1
<br />d by law of the date and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceased;
<br />t the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />aid estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the
<br />oats of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims against
<br />aid estate,not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded.
<br />T IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from
<br />iling or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Emil Wolbach,deceased,
<br />d that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />e Court finds that the said executors received in cash from all sources as shown by their said
<br />nal Report,the sum of $33,969.25;that they have expended in cash,in the payment of bills against
<br />id estate,and the expenses and costs incident to the closing o; said estate,the sum of $4 ,313,9
<br />at the disbursements insofar as they exceed the receipts have been paid or taken care of by Mum
<br />lbach and Edwin J.Wolbach,residuary legatees and devisees under the last will and testament of
<br />id deceased.
<br />e Court finds that all of the bequests under the last will and testament of said deceased have
<br />en settled and paid and receipts for such settlements and payment are on file in this dourt
<br />t all State Inheritance Tax and all Federal Estate Taxes have been paid.
<br />he Court finds that by order heretofore entered herein on the 7th day of December,1934,certain
<br />stocks and bonds belonging to said estate were distributed to Murray Wolbaoh and Edwin J.Wolbach,
