<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EMIL WOLBACH
<br />I,Emil Wolbach,single,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make
<br />and publish this,my last will and testament,in the manner and fora following,that is to say:-
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attanding my burial,and the costs of adminis-
<br />tering my estate,including any state inheritance tax and Federal estate tax,assessed against my
<br />estate or any bequest under this will,be first paid.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give and bequeath unto each of my nieces and nephews,children of my brothers Murray Wolbach,
<br />Edwin J.Wolbach,and Simeon B.Wolbach,living at the time of my death,the sum of.Five Thousand Dolla *s
<br />($5000.00).
<br />THIRD
<br />I give and bequeath to my friend and assoclate,I.R.Alter,the right and option to purchase,for the
<br />period of one year after my death,from the executors of this,my last will and testament,at its
<br />value as shown by the last official published statement preceding my death,and without reference
<br />to any values not reflected in the statement,plus the sum of Thirty -seven & 50/100 Dollars($37.50)
<br />per share,any or all of the shares of the capital stock of the First National bank of Grand Island,
<br />owned by me at the time of my death.This bequest is personal to the said I.R.A1ter and does not
<br />extend to his heirs, executors ,administrators,assigns,or legatees.
<br />FOURTH
<br />I give and bequeath unto Otto O.Ott,who has been assocated with me for many years,in the event he
<br />survives me,the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00).
<br />FIFTH
<br />I give and bequeath unto my friend,Stover Deats,in the event he survives me,the sum of Five Thous-
<br />and Dollars ($5000.00).
<br />SIXTH
<br />I give and bequeath unto Clara Wiegert,who has been engaged in my home as a domestic for a number
<br />of years,in the event she survives me,the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00).
<br />SEVENTH
<br />I give and bequeath unto my brother,Simeon B.Wolbach,stocks and /or bonds,held by me at the time of
<br />my death,of the market value as of the date of my death of the sum of Twenty -five Thousand Dollars
<br />($25,000.00). such stock and /or bonds to be selected by my executors,hereinafter named,from such
