<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the
<br />said John Murphy,deceased,all of the estate,both real and personal,passed to Agnes Murphy,his
<br />surviving widow, by absolute title.
<br />IT I9,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of said Agnes
<br />Murphy,Executrix of the last will and testament of the said John Murphy,deceased,be, and the same
<br />is hereby,in all things,allowed and approved as and for said final report,said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed,and said Executrix is discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said John Murphy,deceased,ifany such there be,are forever barred,exoluded,and
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. ,
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that distribution of the estate,both real
<br />and personal,of the said John Murphy,deceased,is hereby made in accordance with the terms and
<br />provisions of his last will and testament.

<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the petition of kart' Reher,administratrix herein
<br />the court makes this its supplemental decree and finds that the deceased,who died on the 26th
<br />day of September,1932,intestate,left as his heirs at law and only heirs at law,and the Court doer
<br />find that the following persons were the heirs at law of the deceased at the time of his death,
<br />to —wit; Mary Reher also known as Mary L.Reher,a sister of the deceased,Els &-Detlefsen,also known
<br />and Elise Detlefsen,
<br />as Elizabeth Detlefsen,a sister of the deceased,Ella Eggers formerly Ella Cornelius,also known
<br />as Mrs.Ella Cornelius Egk6rs ,Louis W.C.Cornelius,also known as Louis Cornelius,Frank Cornelius
<br />and Lawrence Cornelius,a daughter and three sons respectively of Julia Cornelius,a widow who in
<br />turn was a sister of the said George Lorenzen,having predeceased him.
