<br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court-in and for said County,do hereby
<br />certify that on the 7th day of August 1935sthe instrument purporting to be the last will and test-
<br />ament of John Murphy,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 3rd day of Septem-
<br />ber 1935,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowec
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John Murphy,deceased,and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 3rd

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL ZOUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />Now on this lot day of September,1936,this cause came on for hearing mn the
<br />inal report of Agnes Murphy,Executrix of the last Will and testament of John Murphy,deceased,and
<br />pon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report,the settlement of said estate,and
<br />er discharge herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being duly advised in
<br />he premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fl
<br />dfor the hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the Oourt,and the Court having examin-
<br />d said report,together with the vouchers on file,and being fully advised in the premises,finds
<br />hat said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allow
<br />d as and for the final report of said executrix.
<br />Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />lace fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate,and that the time 96 fixed
<br />fully expired,and that all persons having olaims-against said estate,if any such there be,are
<br />oXever barred,and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />Court further finds that said Executrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,and the
<br />posts of this prooeeding,and that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws
<br />f the state of Nebraska,or to a Federal Estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />he Court finds that there have been no receipts come into the hands of said Executrix and that
<br />isbursementd in the sum of $357.15,whioh include funeral expenses in the sum of $190.00,the claim
<br />f O.F.Gleisburg filed against said estate in the sum of $16.65,and the claim for court costs,
<br />ttorneys' fees and recording decree in the sum of $150.501making a total of $357.15,have been paid
<br />y said Executrix,who is the sole heir at law of said deceased,and who makes no claim for said dis-
<br />ursements by reason thereof.
<br />Court finds that the said John Murphy died seised as the owner by fee simple title of Lot 9,
<br />d the Easterly six feet of Lot 7,in Block 137 U.P.Ry Cols 2nd Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />d the Easterly six feet of Lot 9 and Fractional Lot 9 in Block +,Russell Wheeler's Addition to
<br />and Island,Nebraska,as both Additions are surveyed,platted and reoorded.
<br />e Court further finds that the said John Murphy left surviving him as his heirs at law,and his
<br />heirs at law,the following named: Agnes Murphy,his widow,of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />John F.Murphy,a son,of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Sister M.Florencia -Irene Murphy,of Silver City,New Mexico,
