<br />I,John Murphy,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make and publi
<br />this,my last will and testament,in the manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,residue,and remainder of the estate of which I dhall die
<br />the owner,to my beloved wif e,Agnes Murphy,to have and to hold the same forever,provided she does
<br />not re -marry after my death,and in the event of the re- marriage of my said wife after my death,
<br />then I give,devise,and bequeath all that then remains of my estate,to my beloved ohildren,share
<br />and share alike.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife,Agnes Murphy,as executrix of this will,and request tha'
<br />she be not required to furnish surety upon her official bond as such.
