<br />,Donald, more commonly known as Jack Donald, Jr., deceased, be, and the same is hereby, in all
<br />things, allowed and approved as and for said final report, said estate is hereby settled and close,
<br />and said Executrices are discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against th
<br />'estate of Lawrence G.Donald, more commonly known as Jack Donald, Jr., deceased, if any such there
<br />be, are forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims agains

<br />NOW on this.9th day of September, 1936, this cause came on further to be heard upon an error made
<br />in the finding of the final decree entered in said estate on the 9th day of July, 1936, and the
<br />Court having been fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That a final decree was entered in said estate on the 9th day of July, 1936, wherein the Court
<br />found that said decedent departed this life on the 3rd day of December, 1895, the owner in fee
<br />simple title of real estate described as the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Twelve (12), Range Ten (10), West, Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and by the terms
<br />and provisions of the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska, said real estate did pass and descend
<br />to Lizzie Lessig Hessel, surviving widow, an undivided one -third part therein; to Frances Lessig
<br />Olsen, Joseph H.Lessig, Mabel Lessig Cochron, John J.Lessig, Carl G.Lessig and Lizzie Lessig Sche
<br />surviving children, each an undivided one -ninth part therein, subject to the surviving widow's homk-
<br />stead right in and to said real estate:
