<br />Now on this 31" day of March, 1936, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Roma
<br />Donald and Jack Donald, Sr., Executrices under the last will and testament of Lawrence G.Donald,
<br />ore commonly known as Jack Donald, Jr., deceased, and upon their petition for the approval and
<br />llowance of said report, the settlement of said estate, and their discharge herein, and the Court
<br />having examined the records and files and being duly advised in the premises finds that due and
<br />'Legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said
<br />eport, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and the Court having examined said report, together wii
<br />the vouchers on file, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that said report is true and
<br />orrect in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final re-
<br />ort of said Executrices.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />lace fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed
<br />�as fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such':there be,
<br />are forever barred, and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />he Court finds that the said Executrices have paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, and
<br />he costs of this proceeding, and-all claims against the estate, including those filed as well as
<br />thers.
<br />he Court finds that there has come into the hands of Executrices the sum of $5,438.50. That they
<br />ave paid out in various disbursements the sum of $16,503.47. That the excess of disbursements
<br />ver receipts in the sum of $11,064.97 has been paid from the personal funds of Roma Donald, widow
<br />nd Executrix, and she being the sole legatee and devisee under the last will and testament of said
<br />eceased makes no claim for the disbursements in excess of receipts.
<br />he Court finds that said estate was assessed for State Inheritance Tax in the sum of $392.46, and
<br />hat said amount has been paid to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />hat the estate was assessed for Federal Estate Tax in the sum of $975.01 and that said tax has
<br />been paid and that receipts therefor are on file in this Court.
<br />e Court finds that the said Lawrence G.Donald, more commonly known as Jack Donald,Jr., died
<br />eized as the owner by fee simple title of:
<br />The Westerly forty-nine feet of Lot Three (3) in Block Seventy -eight (76) of the Original Town,
<br />now City, of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />of Five (5) in Block One Hundred Fourteen (114) in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />all County, Nebraska,
<br />Court finds that the said Lawrence G.Donald, more commonly known as Jack Donald,Jr., left sur-
<br />iving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law and the only persons interested in his
<br />state the following named:
