49£i <br />WId,L AND DECREE RECORD <br />Tii E,A UGUSTINE C0._ 6427-5 -31 <br />TWILL AND DECREE <br />,I, Lawrence G.Donald, more commonly known as Jack Donald, Jr., of Grand Island,Nebraska, <br />being of <br />sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last gill and testament, in manner <br />land form following, that is to say: <br />FIRST. <br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expense attending my burial, be first paid out of my <br />pereonal estate. <br />SECOND. <br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Roma Donald, subject only to t.e joint control <br />of the sale, investment, and re- investment of the principal thereof, by my said wife, and my <br />father, Jack Donald, Sr., during his lifetime, all the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate, <br />both real and personal, of which I shall die the owner, and, whether standing in my name as Lawren <br />G.Donald, or as Jack Donald, Jr., to have and to hold the same forever.
