Second I give and devise unto my beloved wife, Sophie Spiehs, the real estate described as follows: The East half of the Northwest Quarter, the North Half of the Southeast Quarter and that part of the East Half of the North half of the Southwest Quarter lying north of the tracks of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad, all located in Section 25, Township 12, North of Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. The West Half of the Northwest Quarter, the West Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter and that part of the East Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter lying South of the Chic ago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad tracks in Section 25, Township 12, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. The North three - fourths of the Northwest Quarter, being parts of Lots One (1) and Two (2) on the mainland and Lots Three (3) and Four (4): on the Island in Section 17, Township 18, North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, to be held by her for and during the term of her natural life; she to have the use of same during he_- said life time and the rents and profits therefrom and she to be charged with the expense of keepiftg the buildings on said real estate properly insured and in a reasonable state of reppir and to nay all taxes levied thereon. At the death of my said wife, Sophie Spiehs, I give and devise unto my son, Henry Spiehs, the remainder interest, subject to the life estate of my said wife, in and to the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The East Half of the Northwest Quarter, the North Half of the Southeast Quarter and that part of the East Half of the North Half of the 1 Southwest Quarter lying North of the tracks of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad, all located in Section 25, Township 12, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, to be by my son, Henry, held absolutely. The within bequest, however, is subject to the con- dition that my said son, Henry Spiehs, be required to pay, within one year after the death of my said wife, the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7000.00) to be distributed as hereinafter provided FbUtt i. At the death of my said wife, Sophie Spiehs, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, Otto Spiehs the remainder interest, subject to the life estate of my said wife, in and to the following des- cribed real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter, the West Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter and that part of the East Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter lying South of the Chicago,Burlington & Quincy Rail- road tracks in Section 25, Township 12, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, to be by my son, Otto held absolutely. The within bequest, however, is subject to the condition that my said son, Otto Spiehs, be required to pay, within one year after the death of said wife, the sum of $7,000.00 to be distributed as hereinafter provided. Fifth. At the death of my said wife, Sophie Spiehs, I give and devise unto my son, Emil Spiehs, the remainder interest, subject to the life estate of my said wife, in and to the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to - «-it: The North three - fourths of the Northwest Quarter, being parts of Lots One (1) and Two (2) on the mainland and Lots Three (3) and Four (4) on the Island in Section 17, Township 10, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; to be by my son, Emil, held absolutely. The within bequest, however, is subject to the condition that my said son, Emil Spiehs, be required to pay, within one year after the death of my said wife the sum of $6,.000.00 to be distributed as hereinafter provided.
