390 <br />^�..�TNE AUGU STINE CO:'8_ YG7.5 -JJ <br />( and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all persons <br />Interested, as by law required, of the filing of said report, and it further appearing to the Court <br />after a full examination that the account exhibited by the said Administrators is correct in all <br />things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that said Administrators ha ire <br />accounted for all of the said estate which has come into their hands, it is, therefore, <br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said John L.Cleary and Frank J.Cleary, Ad- <br />ministrators of the estate of Josephine Cleary, deceased, be and the same is approved as.and for <br />their final report. <br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of paid estate in the manner <br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of the de- <br />ceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allo <br />against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said decease <br />and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims <br />against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.- <br />It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Josephine Cleary, <br />deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that during the administration of said estate there came into the hands of the, <br />Administrators certain personal property from which was paid the funeral expenses and all claims <br />against said estate and the costs and expenses of administering said estate. <br />That the Administrators filing the final report were the Administrators of the estate of Joanna <br />Cleary, deceased, who was the sole and only heir at law of the said Josephine Cleary, deceased, <br />and said Administrators, to -wit: John L. Cleary and Frank J.Cleary, were the sole and only heirs <br />at law of the said Joanna Cleary, deceased, who departed this life prior to the closing of the <br />estate of Josephine Cleary, deceased; that they have filed their receipt with the Court acknowle <br />ing receipt in full of their distributive shares of the personal property in the estate, both as <br />individuals and as Administrators of the estate of Joanna Cleary, deceased. <br />That by reason thereof all of the personal property in said estate has been distributed and there <br />remains nothing in the hands of the Administrators for distribution, and they have accounted for <br />all sums and property that have come into their hands. <br />The Court further finds that said estate was appraised for State Inheritance Tax, was found to be <br />subject to a tax of $154.76, and that the same has been paid to the County Treasurer of Hall C <br />Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that the said estate was not subject to Federal Estate Tax. <br />The Court finds that the said Josephine Cleary departed this life at her home in Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 17th day of January, 1933, being at the time a resident of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate. <br />That the said Josephine Cleary left surviving her as her sole and only heir at law her mother, <br />Joanna Cleary, <br />The Court finds that the said Josephine Cleary died seized as the owner in fee simple of the <br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />A two - ninths (2/9) interest in and to the following described real estate: <br />Lot 1 in Block 64 of the Original Town, Now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, <br />Lot 3 in Block 82 of the Original Town, Now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, <br />Lot 4 in Block 46 of the Original Town, Now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, <br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N2 NW4) of Section 24, Township 11, North, of Range 10, <br />West of the 6th P.M., in said Hall County, Nebraska, <br />That under the law of descent of the state of Nebraska, the above described real estate did pass <br />I <br />LYE <br />
