<br />with the Court acknowledging receipt in full of their distributive shares of the personal
<br />property in said estate. That by reason thereof all the personal property in said estate has been
<br />distributed and there remains nothing in the hands of the Administrators for distribution, and the
<br />have accounted for all sums and property that have come into their hands.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was appraised for State Inheritance Tax, was found to be
<br />subject to a tax of $361.90, and.that the same has been paid to the County Treasurer of Hall Count
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that said estate was appraised for Federal Estate Tax. It was found that there was
<br />a tax of $90.63 due, and the same has been paid and receipts are on file in this Court therefor.
<br />The Court finds that the said Joanna Cleary departed this life at her home in Grand Island, Hall
<br />Oounty, Nebraska, on the 25th day of October, 1933, being at the time a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and that she died intestate.
<br />That the said Joanna Cleary left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law the following:
<br />John L.Cleary, a son, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Frank J.Cleary, a son, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Joanna Cleary died seized as the owner in fee simple of the follow-
<br />ing described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A five- ninths (5/9) interest in and to the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 1 in Block 64 of the Original Town, Now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Lot 3 Block 82 of the Original Town, Now City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Lot 4 in Block 46 of the Original Town, Now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />The North Half of the.Northwest Quarter (N *NW4) of Section 24, Township 11, North of Range 10,
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in said Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />That under the law of descent of the state of Nebraska, the above described real estate did pass
<br />and descend, at the death of the said Joanna Cleary, deceased, to John L.Cleary and Frank,J.Cleary,l
<br />each an undivided one -half interest therein, absolutely, in fee simple.

<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
