<br />, Executor of the last will and testament of Pauline Burg, deceased, and upon his petition for
<br />settlement of said estate and his discharge herein.
<br />e Court, having examined said report and the records and files, and being duly advised, finds
<br />at due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in.said estate of the time and
<br />e fixed for hearing said final report, as ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object
<br />eto, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on file, and the testimony in sup-
<br />ort thereof, and being duly advised, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ght to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />e Court further finds that said Pauline Burg died on the 23d day of January, 1932, and that she
<br />s at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
