<br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE THEREOF and FINAL DECREE, Iii the Matter of the Estate of Peter N.Mewes,
<br />Deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correc
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign

<br />WILL AND DECREE.
<br />I, Pauline Burg, widow, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to
<br />say:
<br />FIRST:
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial,.be first paid out of
<br />my personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath to the Wardens and Vestrymen of St.Stephen's Episcopal Church, of Grand Islam
<br />Nebraska, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000) to be used for the exclusive purpose of enlarg-
<br />ing the sanctuary to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church of Grand Island, by extending the same east-
<br />ward, the exterior of the same to be of the same stone as the body of the church, as a memorial
<br />to my beloved son, the late Commander Robert A.Burg.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to the Ladies Guild of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200).
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to Christina Andersen, of Sweden, she being a sister of my deceased husband,
<br />Andrew Burg, in the event she survives me, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200).
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to Alice Burg, surviving widow of my deceased son, Robert A.Burg, in the even'
<br />she survives me, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the personal estate of which I shall
<br />die the owner to my beloved daughter, Lulu Burg. Heimberger.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I give and devise all of my real estate of which I shall die the owner to my beloved daughter,
<br />Lulu Heimberger, the'same to become her absolute property upon arriving at the age of sixty years
<br />and until the said Lulu Heimberger arrives at the age of sixty years, she shall be without right,
<br />power, or authority to sell or in any manner incumber any of the real estate of which I shall die
<br />the owner, nor shall any debt or obligation of the said Lulu Heimberger be or become a lien or
<br />charge upon any of the ret-I., e -state of which I; shall die the owner until the said Lulu Heimberger
