<br />!The Court further finds that the said Peter Mewes died seized of the following described real estate
<br />situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />"Lot S, Block 6, South Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Lots 3 & 4, Block 5, in South Grand Island, an addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall Counter,
<br />Nebraska. 1
<br />The Southerly 20 feet of Lot numbered 31, in Hawthorne Place in Grand Island,Nebraska, as surveye
<br />platted and recorded, being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 221 Township 11, Range 9,
<br />West of the 6th P.M.
<br />!All of Lot Numbered 32, in Hawthorne Place, being part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, . .
<br />Tow�nsYii ll, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska." i
<br />;and that by the terms and provisions of the said last Will and Testament said property descended
<br />to Margaretha Mewes, widow.
<br />;The Court further finds that the said Peter Mewes, deceased, left the following heirs, to -wit:
<br />°Margaretha Mewes, widow; Minna Dankert, daughter; Anna Launer, daughter, Alma Schmidt, daughter;
<br />!Herman Mewes, son; Emma Schwyn, daughter; Laura Mewes, daughter; Ella Roeser, daughter and Alvin
<br />Mewes, son; that the above mentioned heirs are the only heirs at law of the said deceased.
<br />!The Court further finds that "Margaretha" Mewes and "Margratha" Mewes and " Margretha" Mewes are on
<br />land the same person notwithstanding the discrepancy in spelling of the given name.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed against said estate have been paid; that the funeral
<br />expenses of the said deceased, the costs of this proceeding and all other costs and expenses have
<br />been paid; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska from the said Margaretha Mews
<br />'or any of the other legatees or devisees and that nothing remains in the hands of the executrix an
<br />that the estate should be closed, the executrix discharged and her bond released.
<br />!IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED,.ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY the Court that the final report of the said

<br />!Margaretha Mewes as executrix of this Last Will and Testament be and the same is hereby approved

<br />land allowed as her final report; that her said estate is hereby settled and closed and that the
<br />`executrix is discharged and her bond as such released.

<br />'IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY the Court that all claims against said estate have
<br />!been paid including the special legacies provided in said last Will and Testament and that all of 1
<br />!the property remaining after the payment of the claims, expenses of administration, special legaci�s
<br />;and all other claims allowed and proven, descended to Margaretha Mewes and that the said real esta e

<br />terms and provisions of said last Will and Testazrant she has an absolute estate therein.
<br />IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Ne
<br />on any inheritance in this estate; that there is no money in the hands of the executrix; that
<br />thing remains to be done and said estate is hereby ordered closed, the executrix discharged and
<br />bond released.
