I <br />43 <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the Matter of the Estate ) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />Peter Mewes, Deceased. ) <br />Upon the 4" day of June, 19271 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Margaretha <br />Mewes, executrix of the last Will and Testament of Peter Mewes, deceased, and•upon her petition fc <br />settlement of said estate and her discharge herein and the Court having examined the records and <br />files and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to <br />all persons interested in said estate, of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon the #aid <br />final report as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br />And no one appearing to object to said report, the Court having examined same together with the <br />vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in the <br />premises, the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same <br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the said executrix. <br />The Court further finds that the said Peter Mewes on the 30th day of October, 1926) departed this <br />life testate, and at the time of his death the said Peter Mewes was a resident and inhabitant of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />The Court further finds that on the 10th day of November, 1926, Margaretha Mewes filed in this <br />Court her duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probation of an instrument purport- <br />ing to be the last Will and Testament of the said Peter Mewes, deceased; that the Court thereupon <br />fixed the 7th day of December, 1926, as the date for making proof of said Will and due notice of <br />the filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the <br />Court in the manner provided by law and that on the 7th day of December, 1926, the date Pined for <br />that purpose, said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court as <br />and for the last Will and Testament of the said Peter Mewes deceased and Letters Testamentary were <br />issued to the said Margaretha Mewes, the executrix named in said Will and she duly qualified as <br />such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against said Estate and that the time and <br />place so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said Estate, if any <br />such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims againe <br />said estate. <br />The Court further finds that by the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the sai <br />Peter Mewes, the following Special bequests were given to the children of the said Peter Mewes, <br />deceased, and in•the amount as follows: To Minna Dankert the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars; to <br />Anna Launer the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars; to Alma Schmidt the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars; to <br />Herman Mewes the sum of Five ($p5.00) Dollars; to Emma Schyyn the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars; to <br />Laura Mewes the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars; to Ella Roeser the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars and <br />to Alvin Mewes the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars, and that the said special bequests have been paid <br />by the said executrix and that receipts for same are on file with this Court and that there is <br />nothing further due and owing the above said special legatees under the provisions of the said <br />Last Will and Testament. <br />The Court further finds that all the rest, residue and remainder of the said estate, real, person <br />or mixed, of the said Peter Mewes, deceased, passed and descended.to his widow, Margaretha Mewes, <br />land that the said property, personal, mixed and real, has been transferred and conveyed to the s <br />Margaretha Mewes and that receipts for the same are on file with this Court and that nothing.rema <br />to be done in the premises. <br />LM <br />s <br />
