<br />land that under the last will and testament of said Wilhelm Splinter, deceased,.said real-estate-
<br />passed and descended to Emma Sofia Splinter, widow of said deceased, for and during her natural
<br />life, and thereafter to his daughter, Amelia Mattke, that said widow has declined to take under
<br />said will and has duly elected to take under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, and the
<br />Court finds that said real estate passed and descended, under the laws of descent of the state of
<br />Nebraska, an undivided one - fourth interest to Emma Sofia Splinter, widow, and under the last will
<br />and testament of said Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, an undivided three - fourths interest passed and
<br />descended to his daughter, Amelia Mattke, or in the event of the death of said Amelia Mattke, to
<br />the children of Amelia Mattke, subject however-, under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska
<br />to a right of homestead in said premises in said Emma Sofia Splinter, widow.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska, that said - Executor has paid all funeral expenses, expenses of last illness,
<br />the debts of deceased and costs of administering said estate, and that said estate ought to be
<br />closed and the Executor discharged.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of William Suhr, Executor,
<br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final report, in the estate of
<br />Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, and that said Executor upon filing receipts of the heirs at law, and
<br />legatees, be discharged and released from his bond and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoin6d and
<br />precluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the household furniture, wearing apparel and
<br />personal effects, $200.00 in personal property, and an undivided one - fourth interest in the per-
<br />sonal property of said Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, passed and descended to Emma Sofia Splinter,
<br />under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate described as follows:
<br />Lot 3 in Block 110, Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, an undivided one fourth
<br />interest in fee simple and a right of homestead in and to said premises and real estate to Emma
<br />Sofia Splinter, and under the last will and testament of said Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, an un -
<br />divided three - fourths interest in fee simple to Amelia Mattke, or to the children of said Amelia
<br />Mattke, in equal shares, if said Amelia Mattke should die before the death of said Emma Sofia
<br />Splinter, all subject to a right of homestead in said Emma Sofia Splinter in and to said premises
<br />and real estate.

<br />f icate of Probate and Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILHELM SPLINTER, DECEASED, with the

<br />and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, whic
<br />seal is hereto attaehed; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own
<br />name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that
<br />the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
