That on the 24th day of July 1925, said <br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, and the <br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 24th <br />day of July, 1925- <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of Wilhelm Splinter, <br />Deceased. <br />(SEAL) <br />J.H.Mullin, County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />D E C R E E_ <br />Now on this 15 day of April, 1926, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of William <br />Suhr, Executor under the last will and testament of Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, and the Court havil <br />examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal <br />notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for <br />hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br />And the Court having examined the final report, together with all other files, and the testimony <br />offered in support thereof, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought <br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executor. <br />The Court further finds that said Wilhelm Splinter departed this life, testate, at his place of <br />residenep,in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of June, 1925- <br />That on the 29th day of June, 1925, William Suhr filed in this Court his duly verified petition, <br />praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament <br />of Wilhelm Splinter, deceased, and the Court thereupon fixed the 24th day of July, 1925, as the <br />date for making proof of said will and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time <br />and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and <br />
