<br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of any and all natures whatsoever, and wheresoever
<br />situated, of which I may die possessed_,.I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband, Ray-
<br />mond C.Conn, to be his absolutely in fee simple, to the exclusion of any child or children which
<br />I now have or which may hereafter be born to me, and to the exclusion of any issue of any deceased
<br />child or children, it being my intention that my husband shall have everything of which I may die
<br />possessed, and that none of my children or their heirs shall inherit anything out of my estate.

<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved husband, Raymond C.Conn, to be the executor
<br />of this my last Will and Testament and request that no bond be required of him except his own
<br />personal recognizance.

<br />Now on this 25" day of June, 1936, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of Raymond
<br />C.Conn, Executor under the last Will and Testament of Anna M.Conn, deceased, and the court, after
<br />examining the records and files in this cage, finds that due and legal notice has been given of
<br />the filing of the Final Report and that no objections to the same have been filed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report of the said
<br />Raymond C.Conn, be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all claims not now on file in said
<br />estate be and the same are forever barred.
