<br />The Court further finds that the Grand Island Trust Company is the duly appointed, qualified, and
<br />acting guardian of the property of the said Max Holliday, a minor, and Maxine Holliday, a minor.
<br />The Court further finds that said Samuel H.Littleton died seized of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit: Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seven (7) in Dodd and Marshall's Addition to
<br />the village of food River, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court, having examined the files, receipts, and vouchers and final-report herein, finds that
<br />said final report is true and correct in all things and should be allowed as and for the final
<br />report of Walter Thompson, administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that Ralph Hurd, tenant of the premises hereinbefore described, is indebt4d
<br />to the estate in the amount of $85.00 for unpaid rent, and the administrator is hereby authorized
<br />and directed to assign said claim to the Grand Island Trust Company, Guardian,
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of falter Thomson
<br />administrator, be and the same is hereby allowed as and for the final report of said administratot,
<br />and that he is hereby discharged and released from his bond.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate, and
<br />not filed herein, are forever barred.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate belonging to said
<br />Samuel H.Littleton at the time of his death, and described as follows:- Lots 1 and 2 in Block 7
<br />in Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the village of Wood River, in Hall County, Nebraska, passed
<br />and descended, under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, to Max Holliday and Maxine
<br />Holliday, an undivided one -half interest each.
