<br />undivided one -third (113) interest to Mary L.Reher, a sister of the deceased, an undivided one -
<br />ird (113) interest to the heirs of Elizabeth Detlefsen who died intestate, a resident of Howard
<br />ounty, Nebraska, on the 28th day of October, 1933, leaving as her heirs at law and only heirs
<br />t law, her husband Fred F.Detlefsen to whom is swarded an undivided one -ninth (1/9) interest in
<br />said real estate, and her children Anna Detlefsen, Mayme Barnhart, Max Detlefsen, Edna Koch, Alice
<br />ence, Adda Detlefsen, Hilda Detlefsen and Wesley Detlefsen, each of which children this court
<br />ards an undivided two - forty - fifths (2/45) interest in said real estate, and to the heirs of
<br />is Cornelius, a sister of the said George Lorenzen who predeceased him, having departed this life
<br />bout the year 1925, a widow, intestate, being survived by and the court does award to Ella Eggers
<br />ormerly Ella Cornelius, Louis W.C.Cornelius, Frank Cornelius and Lawrence Cornelius, each an un-
<br />vided one- tvielfth (1112) interest in said real estate, to them and to their respective heirs
<br />Forever.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that no further claims shall be filed against the
<br />estate of said deceased and that all persons are forever joined from filing any claims or purportee
<br />claims against said estate and that this estate be closed and the administratrix discharged when E.e
<br />'Iles her receipt for $132.01.

<br />This cause came on for hearing, upon the final report of Walter Thompson, Administrator,
<br />The Court finds that Samuel HA;ittleton died on the,5th day of January, 1935, that he was, immed-
<br />iately preceding his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, that a petition
<br />for letters of administration was filed herein, and upon hearing thereon, Walter Thompson was
<br />appointed administrator and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice was given to creditors as by provided.
