<br />The Court further finds-that the said Louisa Brabander departed this life on the 7th day of October,
<br />1932, being at the time a resident of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and being possessed of
<br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the deceased left as her sole and only heirs at law and the only persons interested in her
<br />estate the following named:
<br />Mary Stolle, a daughter, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Gerhard Brabander, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Anna Tilley, a daughter, of Arthur County, Nebraska,
<br />Henry Brabander, a son, of Howard County, Nebraska,
<br />Fred Brabander, a son, of Deer Creek, Oklahoma,
<br />Edward Brabander, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Joseph Brabander, a son, of Deer Creek, Oklahoma,
<br />Emma Haack, a daughter, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Frank Edward Hostler, a grandson, of Hall- County, Nebr.
<br />John Henry Hostler, a grandson, of Merriman, Nebraska,
<br />Anna Louisa Wagner, a granddaughter, of Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br />Mary Hannah O'Brien, a granddaughter, of Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br />Sadie Rosella Beyersdorf, a granddaughter, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Ida Bertha Hostler, a granddaughter, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Edward William Hostler, a grandson, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Dorothy Etta Hostler, a granddaughter, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />That the said deceased, at the time of her death, was the owner of the following described real
<br />estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot 51 in Block 23, in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That under the provisions of the law of descent of the state of Nebraska the said resl estate did
<br />descend at the time of death of the said Louisa Brabander in the manner following:
<br />To Mary Stolle, Gerhard Brabander, Anna Tilley, Henry Brabander, Fred Brabander, Edward Brabander,
<br />Joseph Brabander, Emma Haack each an undivided one -ninth (1/9) interest therein in fee simple;
<br />To Frank Edward Hostler, John Henry Hostler, Anna Louisa Wagner, Mary Hannah O'Brien, Sadie RosellE
<br />Beyersdorf, Ida Bertha-Hostler, Edward William Hostler and Dorothy Etta Hostler, each an undivided
<br />one - seventh second (1/72) interest therein in fee simple..
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the said Lot 5, Block 23, in Russell Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend under the law of
<br />descent of the State of Nebraska, as follows:
<br />o Mary Stolle, Gerhard Brabander, Anna Tilley, Henry Brabander, Fred Brabander, Edward Brabander,
<br />oseph Brabander and Emma Haack, each an undivided one -ninth (1/9) interest-therein in fee simple;
<br />Frank Edward Hostler, John Henry Hostler, Anna Louisa Wagner, Mary Hannah O'Brien, Sadie
<br />Sella Beyersdorf, Ida Bertha Hostler, Edward William Hostler and Dorothy Etta Hostler, each an
<br />divided one - seventy- second (1/72) interest therein in fee simple.
