468 <br />THE AUGUSTINE co. -SQZT- 5-3.3, <br />(1/4), of the North -east quarter (1/4), also part of the North end of the East half (1/2), of Sou+- <br />east quarter (1/4), 27.50 acres, (also part of North side, of East half (1/2), of South -east quarter <br />(1/4) 6.25 acres, also part of the East half (1/2), of the South -east quarter (1/4) 10 acres, also <br />the West half (1/2), of the South -east quarter (1/4), all in Section twenty -nine (29), in Township <br />twenty -seven (27) North, Range One East of the third Principal Meridian, situated in the County o <br />Woodford and State of Illinois. Also on the further condition that my said son Emil H.Hartmann <br />shall pay to my daughter Altja W.Ahlers the sum of One thousand ($1000.00) Dollars, which sum sha <br />be a lien on said above described land until fully paid. <br />EIGHTH. I, hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Gretje Whilhelmina Hartmann, Executrix, with4_._11 <br />out Bond, of this my last will and testament. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of June A.D. 1907- <br />Henry C.Hartmann (Seal) <br />The above instrument, consisting of three sheets of paper, was on the date thereof, signed, sealed, <br />published and declared by the said Henry C.Hartmann as and for his last will aril testament,' in the <br />presence of us, who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have <br />subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. <br />J.P.Garber <br />L.W.Harms. <br />Both residing at Roanoke, Woodford County, ll. <br />A decree of probate was made thereon and Herbert F.Mayer named in said petition was, upon his giv <br />bond in the sum of $200.00 as ordered in this Court, which bond was duly given and approved herein, <br />appointed administrator with said will annexed of the estate of Henry C.Hartmann, deceased, thereof. <br />The Court further finds that the deceased, at the time of his death, was a resident of Woodford <br />County, Illinois, and left real estate belonging to him in Hall County,,and that he left the fol- <br />lowing heirs -at -law: <br />Gretje W.Hartmann, who is now deceased, his widow <br />Emma K.Hartmann, now Emma K.Wessel <br />AltjaW.Ahlers <br />Geska Marie Menssen, incorrectly described in the fifth clause of said last will and testament as <br />Geska Marie Neussen, there being no such child of the said Henry C.Hartmann <br />as Geska Marie Neussen. <br />Hanna G.Hartmann, now Hanna G.Clausen <br />Johann W.Hartmann <br />Emil H.Hartman <br />V. <br />That on the 28th day of January, 1936, an order of the Court was made allowing creditors three <br />months from and after the 25th day of February, 1936, in which to file their claims against said <br />estate and said administrator with will annexed, one year in which to settle said estate from saie <br />28th day of January,, 1936, and further-ordering that a notice of said order giving notice to cred- <br />itors be published in The Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed, published and eirct <br />lating in said Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks prior to the 25th day of Februaz <br />1936, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this <br />Court. <br />V1. <br />The Court further finds that on the 8th,_ day of May, 1936, the said Herbert F.Mayer, administratoz <br />with will annexed of the estate of Henry C.Hartmann, deceased, filed in this court his inventory <br />the property of said estate and that according to said inventory, the deceased died seized and <br />possessed of the following described property, to -wit: <br />I <br />
