<br />COUNTY OF HALL ) be it remembered that on the 25th day of May, 1936, Herbert F.Mayer,
<br />administrator with the will 4nnexed of the estate of Henry C.Hartmann, deceased, filed in this
<br />court his final account as such administrator with will annexed and a petition praying that said
<br />account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, an order of distribution, a final settlement thereor
<br />and discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 16th day of June, 1936, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said county, was assigned for the time and place for hearing said petition,- examining and allowing
<br />said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all per-
<br />sons interested in said estate by publishing a notice of said order in The Grand Island Daily In-
<br />dependent, a legal newspaper printed, published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, three
<br />successive weeks prior to said day of hearing; that it appears by proof on file that said notice
<br />was given as ordered by the Court;
<br />That upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in
<br />the premises, the Court finds as follows:

<br />That Henry C.Hartmann departed this life on the 4th day of February, 1909, in Woodford County,
<br />Illinois, testate, and at the time of his death, he was a resident of said Woodford County, Illi-
<br />nois, and that said deceased left a last will and testament which was duly proved, allowed and
<br />admitted to probate in the County Court of Woodford County, Illinois, according to the laws of the
<br />State of Illinois, on the 9th day of March, 1908, a copy of such will and probate thereof, duly
<br />authenticated, was filed in this Court for probate on the 4th day of January, 1936.

<br />That the following named persons are the legatees, devisee,_-:and heirs at law named in said will:
<br />Gretje W.Hartmanri, who is now deceased, his widow
<br />Emma K,Hartmann, now Emma K.Wessel
<br />Altja W.Ahlers
<br />Geska Marie Menssen, incorrectly described in the fifth clause of said last will and testament as
<br />Geska Marie Neussen, there being no such child of the said Henry C.Hartmann as Geska Marie Neusser
<br />Hanna G.Hartmann, now Hanna G.Clausen.

<br />That on said 4th day of January, 1936, Emil H.Hartman filed in this court a petition for the
<br />appointment of Herbert F.Mayer, or some other suitable person, as administrator with the will
<br />annexed and for the probate of said last will and testament; that on said 4th day of January, 193E
<br />an order of this court was made therein, assigning the 28th day of January, 1936, at 10 o'clock
<br />A.M. at the County Court Room in said County, as the time and place for hearing said petition, an
