Hall County, Nebraska on the 4th day of November, 1935, <br />leaving a Last Will and Testament in which Charles Redman was named executor thereof, which instru <br />ment she offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and asking that an <br />executor thereof be appointed; that upon reading and filing of said petition, this Court entered <br />an order fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and giving notice thereof, as provide <br />by law; and that said matter coming on to be heard, upon the day fixed by the Court,said instrument <br />
