<br />nd lastly, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Charles M.Redman, of Doniphan, Nebraska,
<br />xecutor of this my last WILL and TESTAMENT, and I desire that my executor hereinbefore named shall
<br />of be required to give a bond for the faithful performance of the duties of that office. Further,
<br />hereby revoke and annul all Wills by me heretofore made.

<br />by Fred Richmond, Lee Richmond and Earl Richmond, executors of the estate of Cashes Richmond, and
<br />upon their application for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, a

<br />their discharge as executors of said estate, and the Court having examined the records and files
<br />herein, including said report and vouchers attached thereto., and being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds as follows:
<br />That on the 12th day of November, 1935, Mary Richmond, widow of Cashes Richmond, deceased, filed
<br />her petition in this Court, in which she alleged, among other things, that Cashes Richmond departe
<br />this life at his residence in Doniphan,. Hall County, Nebraska on the 4th day of November, 1935,
<br />leaving a Last Will and Testament in which Charles Redman was named executor thereof, which instru
<br />ment she offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and asking that an
<br />executor thereof be appointed; that upon reading and filing of said petition, this Court entered
<br />an order fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and giving notice thereof, as provide
<br />by law; and that said matter coming on to be heard, upon the day fixed by the Court,said instrument
