1 <br />�r <br />M <br />I <br />1 <br />/. w <br />I No. 6 HALL COUNTY <br />DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT. <br />In the County Court of Douglas County,Nebraska. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF <br />DECREE ON FINAL ACCOUNT. <br />Thomas Clark Simpson,Deceased. <br />Now,on this 24th day of August 1933)this cause coming on to be heard on the petition of Merle M. <br />Simpson for a final settlement of the estate of Thomas Clark Simpson deceased,on the final admin- <br />istration account of the Administrator of said estate,and the evidence was submitted to the Court, <br />on consideration whereof the Court finds; That,on the 31st day of July 1933,Merle M.Simpson, Admin <br />istrator of the estate of Thomas Clark Simpson deceased,filed in this Court his final administrat- <br />Ion account as such administrator""- petition praying that the said account be settled and allowed, <br />that said estate be distributed as required by law,that he be discharged from his trust as such <br />administrator,and that for these purposes a time and place be assigned for hearing said petition, <br />and examining and settling said account,and that such notice be given thereof as the law directs. <br />That,on the 31st day of July 1933,an order of this Court was made assigning the 24th day of August <br />1933,at 9 o'clock A.M.,at the County Court Room of Douglas County,Nebraska,as the time and place <br />for hearing said petition and examining and settling said account,and requiring that notice of <br />said hearing be given to all persons interested by publishing a notice thereof in the Daily Record <br />a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said county,for three successive weeks prior to <br />the said day of hearing That,notice of the hearing has been duly given as required by the order <br />of this Court. <br />That the said account is in all respects true and correct. <br />That due notice to creditors has been given. <br />That all claims allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;and That said <br />estate is fully solvent. <br />That by the terms of the last will and testament of said Thomas Clark Simpson deceased <br />The North Forty (40) feet of the East Seventy (70) feet of Lot Five (5) Block Four (4),$irkwood <br />Addition all addition to the City of Omaha Douglas County Nebraska is hereby decreed to Mary <br />Francis Simpson,for and during her natural life and at her death the remainder in said real estate' <br />shall vest in Merle M.Simpson. <br />The East Half of the North East Quarter ( EJ,N*) of 6ection Twenty nine ( $9) , Township Six ( 6) <br />North Range Seventeen (17) hest of the sixth P.M.State of Nebraska,County of Phelps is hereby <br />decreed to Mary Francis Si.mpson,for and during her natural life and at her death the remainder in <br />said real estate shall vest in Merle M.Simpson. <br />The West Half of tte< Southeast Quarter ( W-. of S. E. J) and the south west Quarter of the Fortheast <br />Quarter (SEJ of N.E.J) of Section Six (6) Township Ten (10),Range Eleven (11) West'of the Sixth <br />P.M.State of Nebraska,County of Hall is hereby decreed to Mary Francis Simpson for and during her <br />natural life and at her death the remainder in said real estate shall vest in Merle M.Simpson. <br />That after completing the record of this cause there will be due this Court for eosts'of adminis- <br />trati n -the sum of $49.00,and that after paying said cost the administrator will have in his hands <br />the sum of $699.11 in cash. <br />WHEREFORE IT IS ORDERED AND CONSIDERED BY THE COURT, <br />That the said final administration account is settled,allowed and approved as filed. <br />That the Administrator pay the said costs herein taxed at $49.00 <br />That the Administrator pay the following named persons the amounts set opposite their respective <br />names as their respective Ashares of the cash belonging to said estate: Mary Francis Simpson $144. <br />That the administrator deliver over the personal property belonging to said estate to the said <br />heirs ,to be owned by them in the undivided proportions which each has heretofore been found enti <br />
