That on the 30th day of April 1935, said instrument <br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and <br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Earl B.Cox, deceased, and.the same was ordered <br />?be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />'IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 30th <br />:day of April, 1935- <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.. <br />In the matter of the estate <br />of <br />,Earl B.Cox, Deceased. ) <br />'Now, on this 19" day of May, 1936, <br />D E C R E E <br />this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Myrtle <br />A.Cox, Executrix under the last will and testament of Earl B.Cox, deceased, and upon her petition <br />,for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, the Court, having examined the report and <br />ITthe records and files in said estate and being advised in the premises, finds that due and legal <br />,notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for <br />?hearing upon the final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br />i <br />`There being no objections on file, the Court examined same, together with the vouchers on file, a <br />,testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that said report is t <br />:and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of sai <br />'Executor. <br />The Court further finds that said Earl B.Cox died on the 29th day of March, 1935, and at the time <br />of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, and state of Nebraska. <br />!The Court further finds that on the 3d day of April, 1935, Myrtle A.Cox filed a petition for the <br />lallowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said Earl <br />B.Cox; that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing thereon was given as provided <br />by law; that on the 30th day of April, 1935, said instrument was duly proven, allowed, and admitt <br />to probate in this court as and for the last will and testament of Earl B.Cox, deceased, and lett <br />;testamentary were duly issued thereon to Myrtle A.Cox, Executrix, as named in said last will and <br />testament, and she thereupon qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate; that all claims have been <br />paid, as evidenced by the receipts, and that all persons having claims against said estate, it an <br />such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting <br />such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Earl B.Cox, at the time of his death, was the owner in fee s <br />of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Eight (S) of County Subdivision in south half of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) Ncr th, o <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., consisting of 3 acres, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />Lot Eighteen (19), of County Subdivision in the south half of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., consisting of 6.89 acres, all in Doniphan, Hall Count <br />Nebraska. <br />The south half of the northwest quarter of Section Seventeen (17), in Township Nine (9) North, Ra <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The east half of the northeast quarter of Section Twelve (12), in Township Eight (g), Range Ten <br />Adams County, Nebraska, <br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax to pay. <br />The Court further finds that in accordance with the terms of said last will and testament, all re <br />and personal property has been delivered to Myrtle A.Cox, sole devisee and legatee under said las <br />will and testament. <br />
