I furthe <br />direct that these bills be paid as soon after my death as can be conveniently arranged. <br />SECOND <br />I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Anna F.Sims, my automobile, all of the household furnit <br />cooking utensils, and miscellaneous items in and about our home. <br />THIRD <br />I direct that my Executrices pay to the Trustee or Trustees, as the case may be, of Fierce Chapel <br />Cemetery in Merrick County, Nebraska, the sum of $200.00 for the up -keep of my cemetery lot and <br />also for the up -keep of my deceased father's lot in said cemetery, said amount to be paid at the <br />convenience of the said Executrices. <br />FOURTH. <br />I direct that my Executrices purchase and erect a suitable marker on my cemetery lot, hereinbefoz <br />described in paragraph 3, the same to be not an expensive marker, but one which will simply answe <br />the purposes for which maskers are placed on graves. <br />FIFTH. <br />I give and devise unto my beloved wife, Anna F.Sims, for and during the term of her natural life <br />or so long as she remains my widow, the following described real estate situated in Nance County, <br />Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The West Half (W2) of Section One (1), in Township Fifteen (15), North, Range Six (6), West of <br />6th F.M. in said Nance County, Nebraska. <br />and the following premises, being our home, in Grand Island,Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Eight (S) in Block One Hundred Forty -one (141) of Union Pacific Railroad Company's Second <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />she to have the use of said premises during said period in the event she chooses to use the same' <br />or either of same for a home or she to have the rents and profits from same during said period <br />f <br />In the event she shall choose to live elsewhere, and she to be charged with the payment of general <br />taxes assessed against said premises and the expenses of maintaining insurance against fire and <br />tornado thereon, and the costs and expenses of maintaining the improvements on said premises in <br />a reasonably fit condition; at the death of my said wife, or in the event of her remarriage, I <br />give and devise the remainder of said real estate to my children, namely: Carrie Sims Vath, Mary <br />Sims Morehouse, Elizabeth Sims JoyslYn,. William S.Sims, John Sims and Ellen Sims, share and share <br />alike, each to take an undivided one -sixth (1/6) part thereof absolutely and all to take as ten is <br />in common. <br />SIXTH. <br />All the remaining real estate of which I may die seized, <br />I give and devise unto my children a <br />
