'In the Matter of the Estate ) FINAL DECREE. of Anne Kristine Olsen, ) Now on this 29" day of April, 1936, this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of Will P.Mullen, Administrator. In Consideration whereof the Court finds: That Anne Kristine Olsen died intestate on the 2nd day of March, 1932; that she left as her sole and only heirs at law the following named persons, to -wit: Frank I.Olsen and Johanne E.Jacobsen, both of whom are of lawful age; that the only property in the state consisted of the following described real estate, to -wit: I Lot Five (5) in Block Forty -four (44) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. s That the same was subject to mortgages in a sum far in excess of the value thereof and has been sold at mortgage foreclosure sale and the sale confirmed, and that there was no money from said sale going to the Administrator; that the purchaser of the real estate has paid the court costs incurred, and that no claim has been filed or come to light; that the estate was not subject to either Federal estate tax or State inheritance tax; that the court costs have been paid, and the administrator has in open court waived the administrator's fees; that no good reason exists why said estate should not be closed immediately. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Anne Kristine Olsen did die on t 2nd day of March, 1932; that her sole and only heirs at law were Frank I.Olsen, a son, and Johan E. Jacobsen, a daughter; that the following described real estate, to -wit: Lot Five (5) in Block Forty -four (44) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. did pass and descend at the time of her death to Frank I.Olsen and Johanne E.Jacobsen as tenants In common, share and share alike, and the same is hereby set off to them subject to all liens and incumbrances as of the date of the death of the said Anne Christine Olsen. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that William P.Mullen is discharged as Administrator and his bondsmen released.
