<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Now on this 15 day of April, 1936, this matter came on to be heard upon the final account of the
<br />Administrator and the petition for settle:ient thereof, and for distribution, and the evidence, and
<br />was submitted to the court, on consideration whereof the court finds from the proof on file that
<br />all persons interested in said estate have been duly notified as required by law and the order of
<br />the Court.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator's final report, and the account therein, is in all
<br />respects just, true and correct; that the items of receipt therein set forth are the total receipt
<br />for the said administrator of said estate and that the items shown paid out in said report were,
<br />and are, all groper charges against said estate; that all the proceedings required by law have bee
<br />had for the filing, examination and allowance of claims against said estate, and that the time
<br />allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired; that all claims proved and allowe
<br />against said estate, together with funeral charges, expenses of the last sickness, and oobts and
<br />expenses of administering said estate have been paid in full; that of the personal assets of said
<br />estate there remains in the Administrator's hands none undisposed of.
<br />The Court further finds that Catherine Ross, Deceased, died on February 2, 1935, and that at the
<br />time of.her death was a resident of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. The Court finds that no
<br />inheritance tax has been assessed and that there is no inheritance tax due in said estate under
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska, or of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the real estate of said estate consIts of the following:
<br />Lots 11 and 12, Block 16, Original Town of Wood ^River; Lot 30,'Rork 3, iii: Wood:RiVer,'Qemetery, all
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Catherine Ross, deceased, died leaving no lineal descendants,
<br />nor father, nor mother, nor spouse her surviving; that her surviving heirs are found and hereby
<br />determined to be as follows:
<br />George B.Burmood, a brother:
<br />Adam Burmood, Pete Burmood, Caroline Burmood, Lizzie Asborne and Kate Applegate, all children
<br />of Yost Burmood, a deceased brother;
<br />'Earnest. =Burmo AsAlvin Burmood, Arthur Burmood, all children of Christopher Burmood, a deceased
<br />orother;
<br />William Burmood, Loye Tibbets., Agnes Wiggins, Roy Burmood, all children of Peter Burmood, a "deoea
<br />brother;
<br />Maude Wiseman, Sally Williams, George E.Burmood, Zilmer Burmood, all children of Perry Burmood, a
<br />deceased brother;
<br />Myrtle Patterson, Katie Mead, Lena Landman, Dora Sheeks Granger, all children of Hannah Sheeks, a
<br />deceased sister.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the administration of said estato
<br />is fully completed and settled; that the final report of the Administrator should be, and is,
<br />allowed as and for his final account, and the same is hereby accepted and approved; that all per-
<br />sons be and they are hereby forever barred from filing or setting up any claim or demand against
<br />said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that at the time of her death the real estate owned by said Catherine Ross,
<br />deceased, to -wit:
<br />Lots 11 and 12, Block 16, Original Town of Wood River; Lot 30, Row 3, in Wood River .Cemetery,all
<br />in mall County, Nebraska.
<br />was held by her in fee simple, and that said real estate shall and does descend to and vest in fee
<br />simple in the following persons, her heirs at law, in the following shares, to -wit:
