<br />i'he Court finds that the said Henry Kemper, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs at law and h�s
<br />`only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />ADELHEID KEMPER, his widow, and FRANK H.KEMPER, his son.
<br />':The Court finds that the said Henry Kemper was at the time of his death the owner of the following
<br />'described reel estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />'Lots Six and Seven, in Block Thirty -two, in Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />'Nebraska,
<br />and that said real estate was the home and homestead of the said Henry Kemper and wife at the time
<br />,of his deceased; that it was of less value than two thousand Dollars, and that said property did
<br />;;pass and descend under the laws of the State of Nebraska, to the said Adelheid Kemper and Frank H
<br />Kemper, in equal shares, subject to the rights of homestead of the said Adelheid Kemper in and to
<br />'said real estate.
<br />.The Court finds that the said Henry Kemper was at the time of his death the owner of the following
<br />:described real estate situate in the County of Howard and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The South East Quarter of the North East Quarter, the North half of the North East Quarter and the
<br />South hest Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section FIFTEEN, in Township THIRTEEN in Range 4IN3
<br />,and Lots One, Two and South 2/3 of Lot Three and Lot Eight in Block Five of the Village of St.Libo
<br />;Nebraska, and that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of sai
<br />above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Henry Kemper in manner
<br />following: One half part thereof to Adelheid Kemper, his widow, and one -half part thereof to Fr
<br />H.Kemper, his son, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the Court that all of the above mentioned and described
<br />real estate did descend at the death of the said Henry Kemper, intestate, to the said Adelheid Kem
<br />!per and Frank H.Kemper in fee and in equal shares, subject to the homestead rights of the said Ade
<br />jheid Kemper in and to Lots Six and Seven in Block Thirty -two in Packer & Barr's Addition to the Ci
<br />'of Grand Island,Nebraska.
